Hello there,

here I'm starting this blog in order to share everything I've learned about cooking , and more specifically, cooking with olive oil.

Since I'm an (almost) everyday cook for many years , cooking from scratch , and using fresh ingredients, I think that I have something , more or less important, to say.

So, here you'll , little by little , find recipes with no butter (excluding desserts), no bacon , no too fat cheeses , no broth and stock from supermarket's shelves...

But nevertheless , always delicious.

We'll see...meanwhile , enjoy...
